“ I had a falafel sandwich and it was delicious!!!!! Just like the Falafel King that was in Westwood and closed. I only gave it a 4 because the ambiance is very, very casual and parking is iffy but I managed to park right in front and I was only picking up. ”
“ I love supporting this neighborhood small business. The food has consistently been very very fresh and good. I'm vegetarian so I can't speak for the meats but my family has tried all their items and love everything. Super crispy and not dry falafels. And all the sides are so yummy. Prices are unbeatable and the owner/chef is so nice. It's a 1 man band kind of business it seems and please support smaller establishments!! (Also the last time I ate at Mizlala I ate part of bees and a stinger and the manager didn't care at all so I'm never going back). ”
“ Little spot at the corner, no frills but has a few tables for dining in. Parking at meter or in the neighborhood on Redondo. You can build your own sandwich. The bread is thin and delicious but won't hold up for a long time so plan to eat the sandwich soon. I haven't tried anything but the chicken kabob sandwich, but plan to try more. ”
“ Doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is just good. The sides are not just after thoughts like some other Mediterranean places. It is tasty. Great hot sauce. I'm a fan. Nice work! ”
“ What a treat and fond memories of Falafal King ... super owner from years ago always treated with a smile when there. Although a bit tough to park ... still worth it! ”
“ Amazing falafel pita sandwiches. I highly recommend this restaurant. Great service, friendly staff. ”
“ Family had a hankering for falafel so I let Yelp find me a spot nearby...which was the Falafel Queen. Small innocuous spot, no frills but clean - this place is made for "to go." Food was pretty good for the price, but not exceptional. 3.75/5 stars. I could come back. ”
“ I stopped by Falafel Queen today and had the Steak Shish Kabob sandwich--so good ! The owner, Benito, mentioned he's aiming to have the El Segundo location up and running by September. ”
“ Formally the Falafel King in Westwood. New owner wanted to keep the name but original owner wouldn't allow it. Falafels are still some of the best around. Everything is basically the same as Falafel King so if you're in the vicinity and in the mood for falafels, give it a try. ”
“ Best Falafel in LA hands down. Plus great and friendly customer service. Try the tahini and the hot sauce! ”
